I attended a semester at Le Cordon Bleu where i became an expert on food safety and sanitation. I also learned the twelve steps to bread baking. I am a very capable chess player. I once played a game against myself, I lost. I love collecting books on interesting topics. I love Dickens and am looking forward to the Dickens Bicentennial.
